Products & Availability
We aim to present product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and other information as accurately as possible. Colours may vary depending on screen settings. All products are subject to availability.
Pricing
Prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise. We may update prices, promotions and product information from time to time. The price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase will apply to the order, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Orders
After an order is placed, you may receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in situations including unavailable stock, payment issues, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing or listing error. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded through the relevant payment method.

Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions, sale prices and discount codes are subject to their stated terms and validity periods. Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.
Shipping

Incorrect, Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and supporting photos so our team can review the issue and assist you.

The Never So Basic name, logos, branding, product images, photography, graphics, designs and website content are owned by Never So Basic or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced or used without authorisation.

Limitation of Liability
